EXPLORATION OF GUIZHOU TOUR

Visit of Green Lake and the Birds and Flowers market. This walk will lead you to the remaining old areas in Kunming. You will then enjoy a nice rest while relaxing in a tea house, where you will discover Yunnan pu'er tea and the tea ceremony that goes with the serving of it.

Visit of YUANTONG TEMPLE AND BAMBOO TEMPLE in the morning, followed by the discovery of Shilin Stone Forest where you will spend the night.

2h-walk around the magnificent Maling River, its gorge with unexpected shapes and its waterfall in the heart of a wonderful natural landscape. We will then drive to the Guizhou ethnic minorities' museum and discover their wedding traditions, before heading to Xingyi's « thousand-peak forest », a concentration of karst peaks.

2-3h drive to Zhenfeng through a unique karst landscape. Stop in Zuoqi Miao village, and Yanyu Bouyi village.

Today we will drive to Anshun through Beipan Jiang canyon valley. Discovery of the famous Huangguoshu waterfalls, the highest in China (71m). The visit goes on with a walk in the majestic Tianxingqiao nature park, near the falls. We will end the day with the visit of the wonderful Buyi village of Huashishao and Shitou Zhai stone village.

Discovery of Suoga village, famous for its long-horn Miao. Women wear an impressive hairstyle with their amazingly long hair olled around a sort of buffalo's horns. According to the day, you will have the opportunity to attend Yan Jiao's local market on the way to Guiyang, Guizhou province's capitale city. You will also stop at Tianlong village, surrounded with an ancient wall and scene of an exorcism theatre show, played by ancient Han people, Chinese garrison's ancestor from Ming dynasty.

Today we will drive to Kaili, major hub to visit all the chinese ethnic minorities living in the area. Visit of Boji's charming village and its traditionnal and authentic architecture, followed by the visit of Fengxiang village.

Stop at Bala river's bridge, followed with the visit of Jidao and Qixiao village, and the famous Miao village called langde and its traditional- style bridges and wooden houses. Stop at Leishan to head to the big Miao village of Xijiang and Kaijue and its piled rice lofts.

Visit of Datang and Kaitun villages. According to the day, stop at Yongle market. Walk in the dong village of Chejiang, along the river and facing a wonderful landscape with old banyan trees and rice fields. Finally, we will reach Rongjiang.

You will be offered the opportunity to attend Rongjiang lively local market on Sunday morning, with its surprising meat displays ! On the beautiful way going to Conjiang, Dong county, you will visit Gaoqiao, Xingdi and finally Zencong villages, before reaching the isolated village of Wang Dong.

Visit of Basha village, famous for its indigo costumes and men's hairstyle : they wear a bun and permanently carry their hunting material. We will have lunch in Congjiang, and then visit Gaozeng and Longtu villages. You will end your trip in Guizhou province on a musical tone in the wonderful Zhaoxing Dong village. In the evening, a Dong minority traditional singing and dance show will animate the village.

Drive back to Guilin to meet your international connection requirements.
